. It even has pass through access to the spacious outdoor patio (lanai).  The patio has seating for 6 around the table as well as sofa-style conversation area. Inside, the dining area also has a dining table for 6. Inside or out, you'll have plenty of space for dining, conversation and relaxing! |

The Master bedroom is spacious and private with a huge dressing room and lanai access. The "Super King Bed" is amazing and soft grey/green wall color is very soothing. We love to read and have outfitted our condo with many good reading spots. This is one. |

Second bedroom has 2 twin beds (easily converted to a king bed upon request) and dresser with separate
bathroom.  This room is remodeled from the original plan. We put a full wall where the entry opening used to be and put a standard door in the side hall to create a more private entry and quiet bedroom. |

The living room has a beautiful blue wrap-around luxurious
sofa in a spacious living area, with modern tables, lamps and accessories. Easy access to outdoor patio through double doors (a full corner door wall is left of the sofa). TV, VCR, DVD and stereo for your enjoyment.  An open, raised hall leading back to the bedrooms gives the living area as sense of even more space. |

From the lanai we do have an ocean view (see left). This is zoomed a bit but it is the Pacific Ocean through our wonderful palms.
 Looking back you can see this ever changing view of Haleakala. (see above) Not to be missed are the lovely tropical grounds at the Palms. Wandering on the lush grass you discover colorful tropical flowers, amazing birds and the fauna of Hawaii. Our condo is not far from one of our lovely pools.
