Regular Season 22 December - 31 March  10 June - 25 August US $285.00 Value Season 1 April -  9 June 26 August - 21 December US $230.00

* Rates in US$ per night plus tax (add 4.166% Hi State Tax & 7.25% Transient Tax)

Policies

• No smoking or pets.
• US$500 Deposit required to hold reservation.
• Balance Due 60 days ahead of arrival.
• Check-in at 4 p.m.- Check-out at 11 a.m.
• Early arrivals or late departures can be booked when day is available for a 1/2 day fee
• Telephone: No charge for local calls. For long distance: 800#s, Credit Card or Calling Card calls only.
  Long Distance Phone cards can be purchased at the nearby corner stores.

Cancellations:

• For cancellations prior to two months of occupancy:
  1 night rental amount for administration fee.
• For cancellations within 60 days of arrival:
  Full payment due. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro rata refund, less the administration fee, will be issued.
